This is my journey so far
With 25 years of experience in the corporate world, I have achieved what I was told was impossible by climbing the corporate ladder from Secretary to Leader. Chosen as Rising Talent and Woman of the Year in a company with over 50,000 employees, I have coached young talents myself and have been responsible for millions in budgets and projects.
How?
By challenging myself, listening to my intuition, staying true to myself, and consciously choosing to overcome the fears on my path. Trust me, it wasn't always effortless; I have experienced the most euphoric moments but also hardest setbacks.
Since childhood, I have followed the illogical path of my soul, gaining experience first and starting my studies while working full-time. In addition to my Major in Business Studies I have a Minor in Change Management & Organizational Psychology and I got my master's degree in Data Science.
It's not surprising that I have unconsciously and consciously followed the illogical path, given my lineage of strong women healers, mediums, and medicine women. This lineage has taught me that everyone has a gift and a strong intuition that we can all use in our daily lives to maximize our full potential efficiently. A lineage that has always worked in agriculture, respecting the earth, working together with the elements and with the moon energy.
I was born in Amsterdam to my Spanish parents. They were part of the first guest workers who moved to the Netherlands back in the 60s, aiming to carve out a better future for themselves and for us, their children. They are my superheroes, as they grew up with next to nothing, faced the harshness of poverty and war, and yet they are the living proof that with enough determination, belief and love you can turn your dreams into reality.
“it only takes 20 seconds of courage to start a new journey”
Since I was five, you could find me on stage dancing flamenco. Dancing is part of my DNA, and it's when I'm dancing that I feel very connected to my soul. It has kept the Spanish passion alive in me, tethered me to my roots, and helped me celebrate my femininity.
On the other side I am also proud to have the Dutch no-nonsense mentality, the go-getter, result driven, always being clear and honest, this is the masculine energy within me.
With the best of both worlds this can exist next to each other and has made me complete and balanced.
